Knowledge and Awareness Mapping Platform “KAMP” is an International intellect E-based assessment platform to evaluate cognizance of 21st century skills, awareness and knowledge of Science, Technology & Humanities among students.

KAMP is an Initiative and Knowledge Alliance of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) - National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (NIScPR) and industrial partner M/S Nysa Communications Pvt. Ltd. (NCPL), Noida. It intends to develop creativity, meaningful learning, critical reading and thinking skills that brings out the inherent abilities of the students.

KAMP is a platform to evaluate cognizance of Knowing, Applying, and Reasoning, intending to develop the creativity and critical thinking abilities of the students; given the growing pace and complexity of the knowledge system, it has been realised that there is a critical need to assess students’ knowledge and skill with a holistic approach to problem-solving.

Therefore, KAMP’s National Assessment for Scientific Temperament & Aptitude (NASTA) assessment has been designed and aligned with the National Education Policy 2020,' to emphasise the development of the creative potential of each individual.

The programme has been appreciated and implemented by several boards/agencies like Secondary Education State Boards, CBSE, Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, and Eklavya Model Residential Schools (NESTS) and Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP).

REGISTER

Register your school on KAMP portal www.kamp.org.in and enroll the students from classes 3rd – 12th of your school

ASSESS

Students will participate in NATIONAL ASSESSMENT FOR SCIENTIFIC TEMPERAMENT AND APTITUTE “NASTA” to assess the current level of scientific temper. NASTA includes a range of specific subjects from grades 3rd to 10th. Subjects include Science, EVS/Social Science, Mathematics, Digital Literacy/IT and Aptitude/Reasoning.

ADVICE

Based on the outcome of assessment, a comprehensive advisory will be shared with each student on how they can improve on the 8 parameters assessed in NASTA. A school report is made available to all the participating school in their school login.

ENGAGE

Schools and Students enrolled for KAMP becomes a member of KAMP – Centre of Excellence that stands as a dedicated program to fostering the development of a vibrant learning community among students, teachers, and schools across India. KAMP - Centre of Excellence strives to create an environment that inspires and nurtures the inquisitive minds of students, providing them with opportunities to explore and engage in learning and discovery.

EXPLORE

The achievers of NASTA gets an opportunity to visit and meet the scientists at eminent CSIR laboratories/other research organisations in India. KAMP also provides an opportunity to the participating students to become a part of National events like INDIA INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE FESTIVAL (IISF) etc.

EXCEL

KAMP – Pratibhaotsav is organised to felicitate the achievers of NASTA. This event is hosted to acknowledge the performance of the students and the efforts of the participating schools from all over India.
